In order to qualify as an applicant, the following criteria MUST be met:
1) You must have a forum post count of at least 10. Spamming and Off-Topic posts are not counted.
2) You must have spent at least a week playing NovaMS.
3) You must have at least some level of English proficiency, meaning that you should be able to write coherently and without errors in terms of Spelling, Grammar or Sentence Structure.
4) You must be able to show a standard of maturity in the level of thought and speech.
